Help keep the doors open on Ellison Street

Most of our clients pay little or nothing. Grants cover part of what that costs; neighbors cover the rest.

A gift pays for interpreters, for filing fees when a family can't get a waiver, and for the hours a lawyer spends preparing someone for court. Volunteers sit with families at screenings and help with forms in their language.

Give, interpret or take a case

  • Give

A monthly gift of any size helps us plan for the year.

  • Interpret

Speakers of Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Bengali or Quechua help at screenings.

  • Take a case

Lawyers can take one case a year without charge, with our mentoring and our templates.
