This page explains what this website collects and what Silk City Legal Aid does with it.

What we collect

When you send the two-minute check or the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone, email, language and answers. The server also keeps ordinary logs, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to set up a screening. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with immigration authorities.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your form within a year. If you do, it becomes part of your case file, which we keep as the rules for lawyers require.
